Job Details
Our global player in the chemical industry is currently looking for an Operations Manager with hands-on mentality to join our team in South Holland. Our client is specialised in distributing raw materials to diverse companies in different sectors.
Our Operations Manager will be responsible for the optimal functioning, results and successes of the entire supply chain organisation on our 4 production sites in the Netherlands. You will have 8 direct reports and will manage a team of 150 FTEs indirectly.
You will steer and monitor the performance of safety, quality, reliability of delivery, costs and capex of a complex fine-meshed distribution structure. You will be expected to use your skills and expertise to coach, support and guide the team to realise further expansion.
Must have
You have a Master / HBO degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Technology, or Instrumentation & Automation.
At least 10 years of relevant managerial experience in the chemical industry.
HVK degree with BRZO experience
Dutch speakers only!
Valid work permit is a must
