Technical &Sales Support Manager for Radiology -Spanish Speaker

Global medical device manufacturer, focusing on surgical and radiation oncology sectors is looking for a Technical & Sales Support Manager to join their team near Munich. Company is one of the market leaders and they need a strong specialist in radiotherapy who could lead a team of application specialists and in-house technical support experts.

The company is well known within the sector, they focus on high tech equipment, capital cutting edge devices and LINAC products. If you have experience in this sector, come from electronics or engineering background and want to be part of innovative company, this is the role for you!

As a Technical and Sales support manager you will be responsible dealing with customers and service partners in Italy, Spain, South Africa, Turkey and other countries. As part of your duties in this interface function between customers, service, sales and third party companies you will:

- Handle customers concerns, and make sure any issues are solved immediately
- Manage and motivate the team of Oncology Support Specialists through performance, coaching, career planning and setting educational objectives
- Supervise and schedule various tasks for your team
- Cooperate with sales and marketing departments
- Manage revenue, ensure your plan and goals are met
- Manage Service Partners

Experience needed:
- Business Administration Degree
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Medical device business and radiology experience
- CRM knowledge
- English and Spanish, also German languages would be required
