NonStop Chemical, one of the fastest growing recruitment firms in Europe offering job opportunities linked to the chemical market, is currently looking for a German/Italian speaking customer service representative willing to join a leading chemical manufacturer which offers a solid career and training to have much fun at work.
The company is of international exposure - this will allow you a certain internal mobility and you essentially link with a hub based in Italy. Your role will consist in looking after customers (manufacturers of finished chemical products such as paints and coatings), by taking incoming calls, looking into enquiries, giving telephone advice, arranging quotes and essentially converting prospects into clients following market leads. If you find customer service boring, consider that this role will help you to develop technical sales skills for sales roles and to evolve within the world of European chemical market players - a market where job opportunities pop up as mushrooms.
Requirements needed to apply
You are Italian native speaker and you master German OR You are a German native speaker and master Italian
You are based in Germany (Bayern) or You are open to relocate
You have already a first experience of customer service within a chemical or pharmaceutical corporation
