Penetration Tester - Buddy Mentorship Programme

A UK consultancy well known for being one of the top ones when it comes to pen testing is looking for penetration testers to join them. They run a buddy programme internally to help train and mentor people working there so that they can learn on the job as well as up-skill themselves quicker. You've also got the usual of them paying for certs and training courses outside of this so overall its one of the best places to learn.

They'll do this with you all the way up to CCSAM level with CREST so you can get into red teaming and leading red team engagements yourself. They also do a lot of conference visits all over the country and also outside in the states and the EU, you'll have the opportunity to go to some of these and attend the various training programmes that are around to further learn and develop yourself.

Requirements:
- CREST CRT certified or better
- Previous pen testing experience
- Ability to obtain UK SC.
