Job Details
The University of Bristol is looking to appoint a faculty engagement officer. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast paced, professional team working with key stakeholders inside and outside the University to deliver a range of activities designed to inspire potential students to engage and study at the University of Bristol.
The Home Recruitment and Conversion Team is responsible for the coordination, planning and delivery of key recruitment and widening participation outreach initiatives at the University as set out in the University's Access and Participation Plan.
The Candidate:
The successful applicant will sit within the Faculty of Engineering and will work with the Home Recruitment and Conversion Team and Faculty academic and professional services colleagues on a range of recruitment and widening participation activities within the Faculty.
The successful applicant will have outstanding organisational and interpersonal skills, be able to innovate and forge partnerships with both the academic community and school and college staff, have experience of delivering to young people, and have an understanding of studying within Engineering (or a related STEM field) as an undergraduate student.
