Summary:

This 2 ¼ year post is an excellent opportunity for a medical graduate with primary care, global health and management experience to join an NIHR global health group, conducting research and capacity building in four LMIC countries: occupied Palestinian Territories, Brazil, Nepal and Sri Lanka. They will be based in the Centre for Academic Primary Care (CAPC) within the Department of Population Health Sciences (Faculty of Health Sciences) within Bristol Medical School.

The main purpose of the post will be to facilitate and coordinate the capacity-building work of HERA (Healthcare Responding to Violence and Abuse), which includes training of partner country researchers in appropriate skills to enable conduct of systematic reviews and primary studies (through workshops, courses and individual mentoring), appointment and monitoring of PhD students.
