Aga Khan University invites applications for the position of Research Coordinator.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible to:
- ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of research and data collection activities.
- assist in monitoring the progress and record keeping of research activities
- assist in preparing reports, manuscripts & abstract for publication, presentation and grant applications.
- assist in conducting practical lab sessions
- ensure compliance with the applicable quality standards of certifying and accredited bodies.
- conduct activities for continuous for professional development in line with the plan.
- perform any other duty or responsibility assigned by the Supervisor.
Requirements
You should have:
- MSc degree or equivalent qualification in a related area
- 2-3 years of related work experience in related field
- ability to collect, maintains, analyse data and prepare reports
- ability to understand and carries out the principles of safety management; complies with safety policies and procedures
- ability to develop and maintain record keeping systems and procedures
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- proficiency in computer skills, especially MS Office & Outlook
- ability to work with minimal supervision
