My client is a multinational chemical company, leader worldwide in the sector or plastics seals and they are looking for a talent to join their team in their office office in Lombardia

The company is rapidly growing in Italy and the Italian team is compact enough for you to work close to your colleagues and have much responsibility on their projects at the same time. You will then have the chance to grow a lot as a professional and feel part of the Italian growth of the company, while still working in a brand which will result very positively on your future resume at global level.

They are looking for an Internal Sales Representative to reinforce our sales department in Italy, located in Lombardia. In this role you will report to the Team Leader Internal Sales. You will find a multinational company with offices all around the world but, at the same time, a familiar and informal environment, in which working will be easier and lighter.


About the role
* Working as part of a focused and successful sales team,
* Co-ordinate the day to day management of customers, generate and convert sales leads
* Identify and achieve profitable sales opportunities.
* Prepare commercial proposal's in line with customer deadlines or within an agreed timeframe and proactively follow these up to covert quotes to orders making commercial judgments to negotiate/ convert opportunities.
* Understand customers' business needs and address any issues following upon sales opportunities.
* Actively manage customer complaints and ensure these are resolved to meet/exceed customer expectations and drive solutions to reduce customer complaints.
* Partner and work closely with key members of the field sales team to provide sales support and prospecting opportunities, including data gathering and follow up.
* Assist in achieving sales targets for designated accounts and or territories, providing support to the field sales team.

Requirements:
* At least High School diploma, preferably a technical/commercial degree and or several years of experience in a technical and commercial position. Furthermore it will be easy for you and for us if you live in the region.
* You can easily handle responsibility, are ambitious and have a good instinct for commercial success. You will actively use your sales skills and put these to results.
* Your are a creative and ambitious self-starter who can easily work independently but also in a team.
* You are multi-lingual, Italian and English.
* You are familiar with MS Office, Word and Excel skills.
