Customer Service Specialist - Largest Medical Device Company - Frankfurt

My client, a leading medical device and diagnostics company, is seeking for Customer Service Specialist to handle high-end customers and manage orders. It is an ideal for role someone with a Medical Devices industry experience, that are looking to grow and progress within a large corporation.

If you have previously done export sales and order management, dealt with clients, handled administrative issues, this is the role for you. You will not only get a chance to progress your career and grow within the company, either into more senior role or relocate within offices - UK, US or Asia. It will also give you a chance to gain B2B experience, ability to learn from Export and Key Account Managers and highly skilled professionals on a global level!

This position is a permanent contract, assuring stability and security. Ideally you will have already gained Customer Service Agent experience in life sciences industry and speak both English and German fluently. The role requires a resilient person as you will be handling large order from existing and new customers.
