NonStop Technical is working with a leading and innovative manufacturer of motorcycles, scooters, etc. The company has strong presence in the BeLux (Belgium & Luxembourg) market and is looking to expand its activities by hiring a new Sales Area Representative.

This is a fantastic chance for more junior people who are passionate for sales and have strong interest in the automotive industry. This is a market in which there a lot of big companies in Belgium and there is a real opportunity for career progression. You will be already working in a B2B environment and will be able to gain crucial experience. This will help you get into management positions in the future and generally massively increase your employability.

You will be joining a worldwide leader in this specific market. The company has strong presence in Europe, Asia, America and Africa. You will be working among some great sales specialists from which you can learn and make sure you develop your skills in order to perform well and have great financial returns.

In this role you will:

  • Be the main link between the importer and the dealer network ensuring the development and monitoring of the Belux sales network and proactively managing dealers.
  • Define and develop your prospecting techniques and implement the appropriate sales and marketing strategy.
  • Ensure the interface between the field and the direction. You are responsible for marketing the full range of our products while implementing innovative solutions to ensure a rigorous monitoring of KPIs: market shares, stock levels, customer satisfaction and dealer network

Your experience:

  • Commercial profile, with at least 1 year of experience within the automotive industry preferably
  • Fluent French and Dutch
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to travel and visit dealers in Belgium and Luxembourg
  • Team player
