Adults Social Worker - Community Team - Stable Team - North West London
Salary: £34,000 - £36,000 dependent on experience
Due to expansion of the service a local authority in North West London is seeking experienced Qualified Social Workers to join their Adults Community Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable working environment with experienced management team, whilst receiving constant supervision and training opportunities.
Job Purpose:
- Carry out needs led assessments of adult within the guidelines
- Care manage straight forward and complex cases including Safeguarding Adults and Deprivation of Liberty
- Co-ordinating and reviewing multi-service care packages
- Formulate appropriate care plans and negotiate care packages with service users and service providers.
Working at this Local Authority gives you the best of both worlds. You have the opportunity to take on a learning curve of working in a borough which covers both inner and outer city environments. You will be covering a wide range of caseloads varying in complexity developing your knowledge.
