Can you lead and manage across a range of activities, effectively planning and directing resources to meet key priorities and challenges?

As an integral member of the Student Education Service (SES) management team, within the School of Medicine, you will have responsibility for leading on service enhancement and the operational management and delivery of the School's five year undergraduate medical (MBChB) programme in line with the School and Faculty strategic aims.Working with the Director of Medical Programmes and the SES Manager, you will promote sharing of good practice and knowledge exchange in order to embed continuous improvements and ensure high quality support for the delivery of the MBChB programme. In close partnership with the School's academic and SES management teams, you will also be responsible for leading on the management of MBChB administrative provision and ensuring processes and practices are delivered consistently to agreed quality standards across a range of activities and teams.Fostering effective working partnerships with key stakeholders internal and external to the University, you will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and organisation skills. Leading and co-ordinating on a number of MBChB activities and areas across the team, you will have a strong customer service ethos with the ability to meet key deadlines in a fast paced environment.
