Job Details
Established in 1981, ICTE has a wealth of experience in the design and delivery of a broad range of programs in TESOL and Continuing Education for individuals and groups of students and professionals both on and off shore. The Institute also provides and manages development projects both in Australia and across the globe.
In 2011, the Institute was named as Australia's leading education and training exporter winning two of Australia's most prestigious export awards - the Australian Export Award (Education and Training) and the Premier of Queensland's Export Award (Education and Training) in recognition of its innovative and quality services and programs.
The role
The successful appointee will develop an annual communications strategy and be responsible for the subsequent implementation of the strategy through the writing, development, design, production and management of all marketing collateral, communication pieces and advertising, including the maintenance of the Institute's website and social media channels.
The person
Applicants should possess qualifications in relevant disciplines. As a professional, you should have a strong desire to deliver exceptional service to stakeholders, be proactive and able to work autonomously with minimum direction. Excellent writing skills are critical to your success as well as the ability to handle pressure, a high volume of work and the ability to multi-task are essential. Demonstrated experience in the use of digital marketing including content creation, monitoring, and reporting is required.

Remuneration
This is a full-time 2 year fixed term appointment at HEW Level 7. The remuneration package will be in the range $83,633 - $91,350 p.a., plus employer superannuation contributions of up to 17% (total package will be in the range $97,851 - $106,879 p.a.).
