The profile:
* Scientific background, preferences to MD and PHD
* Minimum 5 year experience in a similar position
* Fluently in English, Dutch and French
* People Manager with experience in building highly motivated teams and attracting new talents.
* Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry in Belgium.
* Keen interest in developing and maintaining expert knowledge for assigned therapeutic area/product and in medical research in general.
* Excellent written and spoken communication and presentation skills.
