My client has a great reach for the IT (software/hardware) solutions they provide to Pharmacies & Pharmacy groupings. With 1000+ clients in Flanders mainly, the objective is to consolidate the back office skills as well as the sales team training and efficiency, 4 FTEs to start with.

My client is shifting his model in order to not propose a simple product but a 360' solution package that can be adapted and that is able to integrate pharmacy specificities.

The position is available due to internal promotion. The main advantage is that your N+1 has done your job for some time. Also, it shows the dynamism and possibilities that lie with my client. Strong technical support will be provided by Project Managers and Management for you to be able to coach the sales in the most efficient way of achieving growth and objectives at the same time.

In a few bullet points you will be :

Focussing on realising the commercial objectives of the BU.
Build great affinity for the needs of our customers, you convince them of our IT solutions.
Driving the force behind the sales team and motivates them in achieving their predetermined targets.
Coaching your account managers to the role of trusted advisor with our clients.
Closely work with the departments development, product management, customer support and marketing communication to optimally frame your sales plan.
