Job Details
An independent Fostering Agency is South West of England is searching for a Qualified Social Worker to join their dynamic, fast growing team. You will be joining a friendly environment, supported by excellent management.
The successful candidate will gain excellent training in DDP (Therapeutic Training), as well as flexibility of home and office based working.
As the Supervising Social Worker, you will be carrying caseloads; ensuring children are in safe placements, attending reviews, Supporting and Supervising Foster Carers.
Requirements of you as the Supervising Social Worker:
- A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
- Experience of working within Fostering
- Experience of supporting and supervising Foster Carers
- Must hold a full UK Driving Licence
