Children's Service Manager - £450 a day - West midlands
I am currently in the process of helping one of the West Midlands leading Children's Services develop their MASH/CSE Team in line with Senior Management.
They are looking for a Manager to lead this Team and help develop a small close-knit unit of Social Worker's.
Aim of the project:
Your role will involve overseeing and developing the MASH/CSE Service within the Authority and you will need to develop close links to the operational service, data teams, Quality Assurance and Workforce Development, along with partner agencies and children and families in order to help achiece a positive OFSTED outcome.
This is an exciting opportunity that will involve a lot of flexibility and independent working so if you are the type of person who prefers dealing with things yourself and like to work to your own diary and timescales then this is a perfect opportunity to make your mark.
