Communications and Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join the SUN central team based at the University of Southampton. The post-holder will report to the SUN Communications Officer and will provide comprehensive, effective and efficient communications and administrative support to the SUN Communications Officer, SUN Senior Administrative Officer, and the wider SUN team.

You will possess excellent communication, organisational and inter-personal skills. You will demonstrate high attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and within relevant policies and procedures. You will be a team player who will relish the challenge of working in a collaborative setting. You will be approachable, well organised and adaptable. 

The post is offered on a fixed term basis with the possibility of extension to July 2021. The successful candidate will be appointed on a scale between £20,275 - £24,029
