QA Microbiology Specialist to Europe's Largest Biologics Plant

We are now recruiting for a microbiology specialist to a client in Ireland who is building Europe's largest biologics manufacturing site. They are looking for a person with solid knowledge of working with quality within microbiology at a biopharmaceutical facility who can hit the ground running and play a key part in implementing their new microbiology related projects.

This person will essentially be responsible for the quality assurance of the microbiology section at this company, meaning the role involves a lot of daily interactions with key stakeholders at the manufacturers to coordinate ongoing projects. Furthermore the role also involves overseeing the operations on the floor and giving constructive feedback on how to improve to improve microbial controls and aseptic practices. You will also be part of coordinating training activities related to microbiology, meaning this is a very wide role where you get to be more social and involved than a regular lab based role.

We are looking for a person with:
- At least 5 years of work experience within quality and microbiology. Some of this should have taken place at a biologics site.
- A minimum of a bachelors degree in microbiology
- Is able to relocate to Ireland on a permanent basis
