German based help desk - Bespoke role utilizing languages!

Nonstop are working with a global automotive company that are seeking to expand their cutting edge technical help desk into Spanish/French regions!

Working at the forefront of automotive luxury my client has an excellent reputation for high quality vehicles and service to go with it. Part of this relates to the technical help desk which forms an important part of the package they offer. As they continue to expand there has arisen a need for extra staff with language skills, in particular Spanish, French and Portuguese.

In addition to this the right candidate will need to have a good technical understanding to enable them to respond to the issues that arise. You would also be comfortable working with electronic management systems to record and help to solve issues that arise.

Kay aspects of this role

• A good technical understanding that will allow you to approach problems with the mindset to solve them
