Training: You will start as a Trainee (2-3 months) time during which you will learn everything you need to know about recruitment. All our management and senior management team came into the business from this training academy and it's a big part as to why NonStop is now a significant player in European recruitment.

The role: You will spend a lot of time on the phone (50-60 calls/day) talking to candidates and clients. Your responsibilities will be to attract new clients, within a very niche market in which you will become a specialist, and find the best talent for your clients. This means you will be constantly selling, negotiating, persuading people, as well as building long term relationships.

Rewards: The recruitment industry is not easy to get into. It is a very competitive industry in which you will require resilience and constant positive, will-do attitude. However, it is very rewarding! Here at NonStop we offer every consultant the chance to earn uncapped commission (up to £40,000 OTE on first year), but also the opportunity to progress in their career based on the targets they reach.
