Senior Faculty Administrator

The Faculty of Engineering and Physical Sciences have an exciting opportunity for you to join one of the UK's most dynamic centres for engineering and environmental research and education.  

You will be providing first line administrative support to a range of stakeholders, ranging from academic staff, research students and visitors to external collaborators from academia and industry.

To be successful, you will need a proven track-record of leading a busy team providing a fully comprehensive customer service.

You will have:

•    The ability to prioritise a conflicting workload 

•    The ability to use own initiative, suggest and implement practical, effective and considered solutions.

•    Excellent interpersonal skills

 

Skill level equivalent to achievement of HNC, A-Level, NVQ3 with proven work experience acquired in relevant roles and job-related training.
