Would you like to play a key role in the HR administration of staff at the University of Southampton?
We need Administrative Officers (part time and full time considered) to join the HR Transactions Team to help deliver the University's strategy. You will be involved in updating HR records, issuing contractual change letters, processing compliance checks, and upholding data integrity.
The minimum hours for this role is 18 per week. In the additional information section in your application, please indicate your preference for either full time or part time hours.
About you:
You will work as part of a team, processing contractual changes in the HR system, and liaising with customers. You will have an excellent eye for detail, be able to provide high quality, timely and customer focused administration, and be experienced in using Microsoft Office applications.
