My client is recruiting a BtoB Account Manager to join its dynamic & supported sales team. The local actor assists customers, mainly pharmaceutical laboratories, in communicating as efficiently as possible with medical professionals such as doctors, specialists but also pharmacists.

My client is a community platform aimed at medical professionals. It offers information services, discussions and training for the medical community. A local leader with coverage of around 80% of doctors.
The team has a dozen dynamic members, tight-knit and involved on a day-to-day basis, committed to delivering quality service and excellent results to clients.

This option is exclusive and rare. Indeed not many actors in the segment that has high potential. In addition, it is an international option that could open you to doing business in a Benelux setting.

Role

- You will be in charge of fostering sales relationships and researching new sales opportunities in a portfolio of existing and prospective clients.

- Analyse our "clients' needs are vital to giving recommendations and designing projects adapted to their current needs.

- For each project, you will define objectives, the briefing and KPIs and pass them to our project management team. You will also supervise each project with the team in order to ensure they are well-executed and that the client is satisfied.

- You will also proactively communicate with the client during their projects. Information sharing & optimisation.

- You will attend various science conferences in Belgium to meet our clients and prospects.

- You are in charge of monitoring biannual sales plans.
