HSE Manager-Global Medical Company- EMEA Position- Based in Switzerland OR Bridgend

An exclusive EHS Management position has come up with one of our most distinguished clients. This is an EHS Management role focussed on strategic leadership and ongoing process development.

If you are an experienced EHS Manager form a manufacturing /production background we would love to hear form you! With solid growth plans in place we would like an ambitious EHS Manager, with the urge to grow to more senior levels within the organisation.

As the HSE Manager your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Leading and developing a team of EHS professionals around the world
• Being part of the global team, providing strategic advice to the EHS site manager and senior directors.
• Business Continuity Strategic plans
• Multi site EHS Management
• Develop key risk assessment documents to a highly regulated standard.

The Ideal Candidate for This Role Will Have

• A strong HSE background from a highly regulated industry like chemical, pharmaceuticals, medical devices or automotive as an example.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%
• Previous leadership experience
• Good project management skills.
• Strong ability to communicate successfully to large teams and stakeholders.
