Registered Manager - 4 bed Home for Children needing Therapeutic Care - Worcester
As the Registered Manager you will join a 4 bed home in Droitwich, with a good Ofsted for children aged between 10 - 17 years old with complex needs.
This organisation aims to provide a therapeutic environment and ensure that the children have a positive impact while in the home, overcome past trauma and move forward confidently. This is the chance for you to join this organisation and use your expertise to offer the residents that you will be working with the quality of care that they need and have a chance to support these children with complex needs.
You have a Deputy Manager and 5 care workers to support you within your role as a registered manager. As a registered manager you will be responsible for supporting staff and the residents in the home. This is the opportunity for to give children with EBD support to allow them to have a more fulfilling life.
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience as a Registered Manager in a residential setting, also you must have worked within Children's care services. To be considered for this role you must have a management level qualification, RMA, NVQ Level 5 or equivalent and a full/clean driving licence.
