Manage a DoLS Team and Quality Assurance

A Local Authority based in London is seeking an experienced Manager to provide leadership to their DoLS team as well as helping improve Practice via the Quality Assurance Service

This is an excellent opportunity to take on a diverse role which requires both, operational and strategic management. You will be required to manage a team as well as work with the Quality Assurance team to help improve practice and provide feedback to the senior management team

As a Team Manager you will be coming into an experience team which is well established and able to work independently. This would make the transition into a new role quite smooth as you have the opportunity to focus on your role.

The senior management team are also a well established team who have a clear vision and direction for the service, and a recent successful restructure has helped to streamline the service so that it is more effective. Ultimately this means that there is a low chance of future modification to the service structure.

To be considered for this post you should have managed a Social Work team with Adults or Mental Health services. You should also have experience of DoLS
