I am currently assisting a leading manufacturer in expanding their autonomous systems department as they seek data engineers.
As a leading automotive manufacturer my client strive to maintain their position at the front of the automotive development field, specifically their autonomous solutions department. As competition increases they are seeking data engineers with experience of building production-level software systems.
This role is technically specific and requires knowledge of core principles of map-reduce and mass parallel processing as well as experience with big data technologies and relational databases such as Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Presto, Pig, Redshift, PostgreSQL, Kafka.
Given the nature of the development geospatial, telemetry and image/video data knowledge is going to be a useful addition to your skill set.
