My client is currently searching for a Sales Manager to join the Service Solutions Sales Department in BENELUX, to assume responsibility for driving Industrial Services Sales, for short, mid & long term contracts. Reporting directly to the services commercial director Europe.

The person will work in an international and highly stimulating environment, with frequent contact with team members both in the region and overseas.
He/she works closely with a diverse functional team, sales, client asset services centre of excellence, Global Field Service, Corporate. The job requires highly motivated, persistent and sales driven spirit oriented

Essential responsibilities
Responsibilities for the successful candidate will include, but not be limited to the following:
* Act as an expert (technical and commercial) in the market for growing the SUEZ Brand as a services water solution provider & outsourced solutions
* Develop opportunities in BENELUX, by solving critical issues the Industries are facing around the water treatment
* Understand customer's needs, qualify leads, and work closely with the Sales Supporting functions to provide competitive solutions for our customers and drive the sales cycle;
* Support companies' campaigns and gather market information for client asset services and other companies' new developments;
* Promote companies' solutions, including customer meetings, conferences and delivering papers;
* Identify market trends and changes in the local legislation that trigger the use of the company's solution portfolio
* Adhering to all internal procedures and tools related to risk review stages and bid preparation, forecasting;
* Work closely with other Sales Managers in the region to create synergies and to ensure seamless execution of the region growth strategies


Qualifications/Requirements
* Results oriented - driven by an unwavering passion to hit sales targets year over year.
* Commercial mindset - top in reading through the client needs and develop a winning strategy by delivering value to the customer
* Proven expertise in water treatment for the Large industries, focus in Power, Refining, petrochemical and chemical will be a plus
* Minimum 5 years of technical sales experience in Water environment, ideally in Service offering 10 years is a plus
* Ability to understand water treatment system ( knowledge of membrane technology is a plus)
* Deep understanding of the water market dynamics; bring an extended network of contacts in Industrial sites, Water Companies, Contractors, …
* Bachelor's degree (Laurea) in Engineering or equivalent knowledge and experience; Masters or PhD degree, MBA or equivalent is a plus
* Fluent in English, Dutch, French and German will be a plus;
* Excellent communication and presentation skills and proven leadership ability.
