Social Worker - CSE - Good Ofsted

A Local Authority is looking for a Social Worker for their Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE) team.

In this team, you will be dealing specifically with the CSE cases for the council. The authority has split the teams in order to allow Social Workers to specialise. This also has allowed the caseloads to be reduced across all of the departments, which means you will not be loaded with heavy work and can go home on time.

The authority has a Good Ofsted, which is a token of the support that the managers provide. This means you will also receive the necessary support to get through the cases, ensuring the best outcome for the children as well as giving you the experience to progress.

This is a CSE based team, so you will need to be able to discuss your experience working with CSE cases in an interview. You will also need an HCPC registration.
