The CX Program is a joint partnership with Information Technology Services (ITS) and Office of Marketing and Communication (OMC) and aims to deliver a host of benefits to UQ through the provision of strategy, performance measures, technology platforms, policies and processes to enable an enterprise wide, coordinated personalised engagement experience for all of UQ's key stakeholder groups.
The role
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for the development of a Digital Marketing strategy, and coordinating the implementation of digital marketing across all stakeholder groups (Future Students, Current Students, Alumni, Advancement, Research, Corporate, Community and Staff) execution of the University's Digital Marketing campaigns and activities, working collaboratively across the whole of UQ.
The person
Applicants must have e Postgraduate qualifications and demonstrated successful leadership and managerial experience in a senior CX and digital role; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience, as well as experience in the design and implementation of strategic CX and digital plans to support business goals. The ability to use, communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills to manage key external relationships is a must, as is the ability to formulate and manage budgets and resources.

Remuneration
This is a full-time, continuing appointment at HEW Level 9. The total remuneration package, including employer superannuation contributions of up to 17%, will be in the range $129,854 - $137,412 p.a.The University of Queensland offers competitive options including salary sacrificing, on campus childcare, leave packaging and discounted private health insurance, as well as many other benefits. This position is based in Toowong, close to excellent public transport connections. You would be expected to attend the St Lucia campus for meetings as required, taking advantage of UQ's free frequent shuttle bus.
