Student Recruitment Enquiries Advisor

Acting as the first point of contact for course and application enquiries, you will provide information, advice and guidance via telephone, email and face-to-face. Working as part of the customer-focused Enquiries team, you will be expected to deal with a high volume of complex inbound and outbound communications, covering all stages of the prospective student's journey from enquiry through to enrolment in an effective and efficient manner.
