Superannuation Assistant

We provide high quality human resource management guidance and expertise, through effective policy development, constructive advice and efficient administrative services. We are building a team of strategic HR professionals to provide outstanding, client focused, proactive, and cost effective solutions and services for all UQ staff.

The role

The Superannuation Assistant will be accountable for the efficient and effective processing of Superannuation and Salary Packaging transactions within the HRIS system, and providing responsive and accurate advice in response to general enquiries.

The person

To be successful, you must have the ability to work autonomously, demonstrate initiative and take responsibility for your workload. You will have Superannuation, payroll or administrative experience using a HRIS, an ability to work under pressure and accommodate conflicting priorities.

Salary and Benefits

This is a full-time, fixed-term appointment until 31 December 2019 at HEW Level 4. The remuneration package will be in the range $61,179 to $65,055 plus employer superannuation contributions of 9.5% (Total Package will be in the range of $66,991 to $71,235)

The Superannuation Assistant is located at our picturesque St Lucia campus, although you may be required to work out of our other Campuses as required.
