Front End Developer - Cyber Security - Remote

I currently have a permanent Front End Developer role for a company that develops Information Security software for its clients.

If you are a bright, committed and a willing individual that wishes to learn new technologies in order to become involved in a range of highly technical and challenging projects this is the job for you.

We are able to consider a range of experience, but your main responsibilities will include translation of the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application and design of new visual elements and components. This will be on both existing products and new products, it is desirable to have some design experience and experience in using Photoshop.

Even though it's not a must have, we are interested in candidates who have a keen interest in Information Security. Applications from candidates that can demonstrate a passion for InfoSec will be well received.

Skills and Experience
To be considered for this position, meeting the following requirements is essential:
* Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3
* Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS
* Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks
* Good understanding of ReactJS is desirable
* Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
* Basic knowledge of image authoring tools, to be able to crop, resize, or perform small adjustments on an image. Familiarity with tools such as as Gimp or Photoshop is desirable.
* Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
* Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git / SVN
* A good understanding of SVG and SVG manipulation is desirable.

The company is based in Leeds but will offer emote work too.
