Mein Kunde gehört zu den größten Arzneimittelhersteller auf der Welt. Zurzeit ist er gerade dabei, einen Standort in Bayern zu erweitern, und zur Unterstützung und Entwicklung dessen Geschäftsstrategie wird ein neuer Head of Quality/QP gesucht!
Bei dieser Funktion werden Sie die technische und disziplinarische Verantwortung der ganzen Qualitätsabteilung übernehmen, die derzeit mehr als 80 Mitarbeiter zählt. Durch die Leitung von einem solchen Team werden Sie Ihre Führungsfähigkeit signifikant verstärken, und bald könnten Sie für eine globale Leitungsfunktion bereit sein.
Sie werden hochstrategische Entscheidungen zur Entwicklung des Ladens treffen, deswegen werden Sie auch breite Budgetverantwortung haben. Sie werden daher die Möglichkeit erhalten, neue Produktionstechnologien auszuwählen, und Ihren Namen in der Geschäftsstrategie einzuprägen!
Aufgaben:
* Anleitung des Teams bei alle Quality Anliegen zur Entwicklung von dem neuen Produktionsstandort
* Disziplinarische Verantwortung der Qualitätsabteilung
* Implementierung von QMS
* Budget Verantwortung

Was Sie mitbringen:
* Führungserfahrung im Bereich QA
* Erfahrung als QP
* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse oder Sie sind Deutschmuttersprachler
