A small Financial services company that is offering a unique service to Banks and Asset Managers are looking for 2 Relationship Managers. They have a unique business case in Switzerland and they are growing fast in Europe and looking at opening new offices in Asia as well. What we are looking for:
- You have a sound knowledge of the investment fund sector
- Your personality is characterised by pronounced customer orientation and very good communication skills.
- You have the right amount of assertiveness and natural negotiating skills. In addition, you are a flexible, willing to learn and enthusiastic team player.
- You are able to negotiate in German, English and French; each additional
- You have very good knowledge in dealing with MS Office
Mission:
- Care and relationship maintenance of fund companies
- Supporting and accompanying the fund company in establishing the business relationship
- Management of customer files
- Management and updating of the CRM tool
- Coordination of new contracts between fund companies and the legal team
- Advising fund management companies on all our client's services
- Processing and coordination of various customer requests with the internal departments
