A London based Local Authority which has achieved a Good Ofsted rating following its most recent inspection is looking for experienced Social Workers to take on a Senior Practitioner post.

Highlights:

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced practitioner to take on a Senior post where the role will be split between carryinga small caseload which focuses around specialist themes such as CSE, Domestic Violence and Missing Children. You will also be the subject matter expert and will play an active role in the development of practice across the team, supporting junior colleagues.

This is a post within a high performing Local Authority which has received excellent feedback following its most recent Ofsted. The Local Authority had been commended for the work which it had done in order to achieve the results and one of the key factors was the low caseloads that Social Workers carry within the teams.

to be considered for this post you should have extensive experience within a Referral and Assessment team.
