Operations Manager - Fostering Charity
An reputable Fostering Charity is looking for a Operations Manager to manage their service in Kent. The successful applicant will be joining a stable team that puts a real focus in the quality of its foster placements rather than the quantity. The post holder will be given access to a numerous of training and development opportunities.
To be considered you will be a Qualified Social Worker who has worked at a least Team Manager level within an Independent Fostering Agency or Charity. You will have extensive knowledge of Fostering legislation and procedure.
