Social Worker - Adults Mental Health and Autism
salary up to £38,000 + £5,000 bonus
NonStop's client, a Local Authority in the South East of England, is looking for a Social Worker who can join their Adults - Mental Health and Autism Team. This is a permanent role, offering you stability. They are a small authority so it will take you about 15 - 20 minutes to get to visits, so you will not be travelling too much.
As part of this team, you will be completing Care Act Assessments and reviews. You will only work with one police force and hospital, so it will be easier to build relationships with them. They offer clear direction, regular supervision and coaching, so you can develop your skills and progress your career. They actually have an in-house management development program, in order to help you step into a management role.
The salary is up to £38,000 per annum, plus £5,000 bonus. The also offer a Local Government Pension Scheme with 19.7% employer contribution.
Please apply if you are a Social Worker with experience in working with Adults with Mental Health. You must have a Social Work Degree as well and a HCPC registration.
