Qualified Social Worker Role Offering Up to £34 per hour - 4 day working week - South Wales

Due to internal promotions within the team, our client is seeking an experienced social worker in their child protection team. This local authority is focused on improving working environments and practices to sure the high quality service delivery, creating a better work life balance for social workers in the service.

As they place a high priority on a healthy work / life balance, this allows for more focused and effective working patterns as well as happier staff, you will be able to lean on the service for support and have your managers ear when looking to work from home.

You will need post qualifying experience with front-line teams, having previously dealt with Court Work and Care Proceedings.

• Average caseload of 20-25 caseloads
• Flexible work - whether it be a 4 day working week or 1 day working from home
• Competitive pay rates in the area between £30-34 per hour
