The University of Bristol's Veterinary School is seeking to recruit an experienced veterinary surgeon or veterinary nurse with a strong interest in anaesthesia, a passion for teaching and a background in primary care practice.We are looking for someone with energy, creativity and commitment, to help our students develop the anaesthesia-related knowledge and skills that they need to flourish in the workplace.Experience of, and enthusiasm for, teaching is essential, in practice and/or academic settings.
You must hold a Veterinary or Veterinary Nursing Degree recognised by the RCVS that allows you to practise within the UK. A post-graduate qualification and/or post-graduate training (e.g. residency) in anaesthesia is desirable.
This is primarily a teaching role, delivering and leading the practical and didactic clinical teaching of undergraduate veterinary and veterinary nursing students. You will also participate in the delivery of a high-quality clinical service in Bristol's Langford Vets' clinical departments.
It is anticipated interviews will be held as soon as possible after the closing date.
