As a customer care team leader your tasks are:

* Leading the Customer Care Team D-A-CH
* Coordinate the workload of the team, prioritise
* Compliance with all quantitative and qualitative goals in terms of external customer satisfaction to ensure excellent service quality.
* Order processing: Processing of price requests, purchase orders, change orders, coordination of timely deliveries, monitoring of open orders and invoicing via SAP R / 3
* Training, coaching and further education for the customer care specialists. Creating awareness and competencies for customer service
* Efficient management of requests from internal and external customers, problem solving and complaint coordination
* Execution of all activities for the execution of service orders
* Performing additional tasks requested by the manager and / or customers necessary to meet company requirements
* Participation in workshops

Your experience:

* successfully completed bachelor's degree or commercial training and at least 3 - 5 years of experience in customer service
* first leadership experience of smaller teams is desirable
* Proven skills in dealing with customers in an international environment
* Very good knowledge of German and English
* ERP knowledge, Microsoft Office, SAP R / 3
