NonStop Technical is working with a global tyre manufacturer, a leader within the industry. The company has been expanding its commercial office in Belgium lately, and is currently looking to add on an Account Manager for the region of Brussels and Wallonie.

This position offers you the chance to take your career to the next level. The plan for the person who will be hired is to become a team leader within 1 year atthe organisation. You will be based on the field and you will manage your own agenda. You will work autonomously and independently. This will allow you to use your current sales skills and way of working in order to achieve your targets. It will also help you have a good work-life balance as you will be managing your schedule.

You will be:

  • Forging and maintaining strong relationships with key contacts in existing and new accounts
  • Identifying new business initiatives and increasing market share of the current client portfolio
  • Implementing pricing and marketing strategies for existing and new accounts
  • Assisting in working out the yearly sales plan
  • Focusing on building a long-term relationship with your clients through open and honest communications

Your profile:

  • Degree in Economics/Engineering
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
  • Experience in the automotive tyre industry
  • Fluency in written and spoken French, Dutch and English

For this permanent position our client is offering a salary package of around EUR 45,000 - EUR 55,000 plus bonuses, car, benefits, etc.
