Residential Home committed to your development - Deputy Manager offering up to £27,000 - Preston
NonStop's client is looking for a Deputy Manager for their 4 bed young person's home for young people who have been criminally exploited to operate in gangs and also young people at risk of being radicalised.
You will be joining an organisation that is Investors in People, this ensures that they are committed to developing their staff. So you will get the best help and resources to ensure that you enhance your career and provide quality care to your residents.
You will also be responsible for supporting and managing the care team to enable them to meet the needs of the children and young people as well as undertaking direct work with children and young people as appropriate; ensuring each shift is planned and resources allocated; work in partnership with other professionals to achieve optimum outcomes for young people; offer supervision and support to carers in line with Quality Standards & Regulations
What will guarantee you an interview:
- NVQ 3 Caring for Children and Young People or Level 3 Children and Young People's Workforce Diploma
- Experience of working with young people
- Full Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
