Senior Supervising Social Worker
My Client is a highly reputable Independent Fostering Agency looking to recruit a Senior Supervising Social Worker/Practitioner in Warwickshire.
This is an exciting opportunity for a confident Supervising Social Worker looking to take the next step in their career; As Senior Practitioner you will hold a small case load of 6 foster families while also supervising a team of 4 Supervising Social Workers. You will work closely with the Regional Manager and assist with the day to day running and development of the region and deputise in their absence.
The position offers:
- 38 days annual leave
- Private health care
- Generous car allowance or Company Car
- No Out of Hours Duty
- Excellent training in Therapeutic Fostering/Social Work
