Supervising Social Worker - Maternity Cover
My Client is an 'Outstanding' Fostering Agency in Essex looking for a Supervising Social Worker to cover Maternity for 1 year. The position offers a warm, welcoming working environment with a low case load which located across South Essex.
The Agency provides therapeutic support and training to foster placements; as Supervising Social Worker you also receive training around this making this a great opportunity for Fostering Social Workers who what to develop within this area.
The position also offers:
- 38 days annual leave
- No Out of Hours Rota
- Generous Car Allowance
- Private Health Care
- Small case load
The job description includes the following aspects:
- Supervision of pool of foster carers
- Form F assessments and panel presentation
- Monitoring and complying with all safeguarding aspects
- Participation in delivering of training for foster carers
- Completing annual review and initial visits
