Senior Freelance lawyer - top pharma - ZURICH
Our client is a top pharmaceutical company that has undergone significant investment and change recently. They currently seek a contractor to join as a Senior legal counsel professional for a pan European role. This is an ideal chance to get a great company name on your CV with a possibility to go permanent pending how you perform.
You will be responsible for day to day legal counselling, drafting and negotiation of contracts as well as dispute resolution support
Provide advice within Europe as well as support and advice to procurement.
Manage the implementation of GMS and/or Procurement strategies
Negotiate, draft and revise any type of contract including CDA's, (master) services agreements, manufacturing agreements, license agreements, quality agreements, etc.
Where needed, liaise with external law firms.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
* Strong knowledge in contract law
* Knowledge in pharmaceutical law/GMP-environment would be a plus
* At least 5+ years practising law at a major law firm and/or life science company
* Communication and team worker skills
* Used to work with tight timelines
LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:
* Fully qualified Common Law/Swiss or German Law lawyer
