QA/QC Manager - Broad Role in Clinical API Production

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a company located in Riga, Latvia. They are looking for a QA/QC Manager with solid experience in chemistry, in particular with techniques such as HPLC. This role offers both excellent opportunities for those people with a bit less experience who are willing to learn, but also for more senior candidates that want a broad specialist role where you get to play a key part in both the QA and QC side without managing a bunch of people. This basically means that you can focus fully on your job without having to worry about other people's issue once you have left work. For a more junior candidate it also means that they can round out their skillset in a very niche area of pharmaceutical production.

Requirements:
- Good chemistry background. Ideally knowledge of HPLC, GC or Mass Spectrometry.
- Good GMP experience is desired
- Previous clinical API experienced is meriting
- Previous experience of working within QA or QC is very much desired.
