SP- Child Protection - Up to £43K + Retention

Nonstop Care have partnered with a Local Authority in South London to provide senior practitioners for their child protection team. They recently received a good OFSTED rating with outstanding leadership, and have increased their permanent staff from 40% to 70%. As a Child protection Senior Practitioner, you will be joining with strong leadership and clear lines of support.

The right candidate will be offered:

Up to £43,088 per annum. plus £2000 Golden Hello and a £2,000 annual retention supplement.Low caseloadsSmall Cluster teams with one team manager supervising five Social WorkersA two week protected induction programmeExcellent Learning and development opportunities with bespoke training for every social workerSocial Workers and team managers have easy and regular access to the leadership teamDedicated time for reflective supervisionA rotational post system allowing social workers to switch teams if they want to gain more experience in other areas

The right candidate must have:

4 years post qualified social worker experienceChild Protection experienceCourt Work experienceExperience supervising social workersA current Enhanced DBS and registration with the HCPC.ASYE completed
