Do you enjoy working in a busy office environment?
Do you want to join a team of professionals managing a range of student support activities to enable student progression?
Based in the School of Dentistry, you will report to the Student Support Manager and be part of the School of Dentistry Student Support Team and the wider Student Education Service. The role provides administrative support for the School's student support processes and practises, organising and leading a range of student support activities across taught programmes. You will contribute to the development of student support activity and provide day to day support and guidance for the Team and deputise for the School Support Manager from time to time.With experience of working in an administrative role you will be able to interpret and analyse data, suggesting improvements to the service provided. You will be well organised, with excellent attention to detail and a flexible approach to work. You will have strong communication skills and the enthusiasm to deliver an exceptional student experience. You will work collaboratively with team members within your School, Faculty and the wider University to share good practice and encourage knowledge exchange between colleagues to facilitate continuous improvement.
